What you will do
Lead the People function end-to-end
Set the vision and strategy for People at CoinTracker
Make and support key decisions
Define and execute on key projects
Communicate within the function and across the company
Hire to fill open roles in the function
Partner closely with executives and managers on company goals
Set expectations, provide feedback, unblock obstacles, and drive accountability with direct reports
