Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and track master data requests.
- Prepare documentation for inclusion of master data into the Computerized Calibration Management System (CCMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Author and/or review maintenance strategy documents used to identify maintenance parameters, tolerances and intervals.
- Create and/or review measurement data templates used to identify calibration data points and tolerances.
- Collaborate with lab and equipment owners, instrumentation SMEs to facilitate asset data management induction and review of data elements.
- Review and Approve technical documentation as the Master Data Subject Matter expert (MDSME).
- Develop and report maintenance-costing evaluations, comparing maintenance and total cost of ownership between vendor and in-house support maintained items and lab equipment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical leadership in a cross-functional, cGMP regulated environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting timelines.
- Good understanding and ability to comply with cGMP requirements (documentation and procedures) for performing work within an FDA regulated environment.
- Knowledge of CMMS SAP R3 is a plus, Microsoft Office Suite required.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
60,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
