Requirements
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • 1-3 years of customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing role
  • Familiarity in supporting and troubleshooting multi-factor mechanisms across both mobile and desktop platforms
  • Cross-platform OS knowledge [Mac OS X, Windows (Server/Desktop), iOs and Android)
  • Experience documenting customer issues via Salesforce or a similar CRM ticketing system
  • Broad knowledge of, and experience in, fundamental information security concepts
Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality and timeliness
  • Provide direction to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain Okta’s security products
  • Serve as a point of contact on customer matters
  • Document bugs with Engineering for product issues
  • Contribute to and maintain a repository of security knowledge
  • Push creative thinking for process improvements
  • Be a customer advocate for timely issue resolution
  • Be a continuous learner
