Requirements
  • Multi-year CFO or VP Finance experience at a B2B SaaS company with annual recurring revenue in the range of $10M–$50M.
  • Deep fluency in subscription-revenue economics including annual recurring revenue, net revenue retention, lifetime value to customer acquisition cost ratio, and ASC 606.
  • Builder mentality—youve built financial infrastructure, not just inherited it.
  • Experience owning people and human resources strategy alongside finance at this stage of company growth.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held; you challenge the CEO, not just support them.
Responsibilities
  • Own financial strategy and long-term FP and A planning for a multi-year platform transformation.
  • Make capital allocation decisions across AI investment, go-to-market initiatives, and headcount.
  • Lead people strategy including compensation architecture, organizational design, and talent acquisition at scale.
  • Manage board and investor reporting, fundraising readiness, and strategic partnerships.
  • Track and manage SaaS metrics that matter such as net revenue retention, customer acquisition cost payback, Rule of 40, and burn multiple.
