Responsibilities

  • use a collaborative approach to help customers achieve their strategic objectives
  • build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and team members
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities
  • employ sales data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer feedback to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of your sales team
  • translate sales analysis and activity into accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports with proper CRM sales process tracking
