Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruiting or employee onboarding experience, preferred
  • Past experience with intern, college, or entry-level recruiting is a plus
  • May have prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Extreme attention to detail and AMAZING time management skills
  • Desire to work as part of a larger team- collaboration and relationship building comes second nature to you
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A solutions-oriented mentality with a professional, positive, energetic attitude
  • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent customer service skills with patience and an obsession for the candidate experience
  • Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Assist recruiters with collecting candidate offer letters, I9 documentation, and other relevant onboarding information
  • Manage multiple steps in the onboarding process including submitting & reviewing background checks, sending new hire documentation, and completing the hiring process via UKG
  • Maintain new hire rosters and communicate information to partners in IT and Facilities for equipment shipping/pick-up
  • Responsible for candidate engagement from offer acceptance to new hire's first day at Angi
  • Manage a high volume of emails from new employees with questions, concerns, and onboarding updates
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Operations team with various projects throughout the year
