Requirements
  • BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or similar
  • Four-year degree in market research, data analysis, strategy, customer experience or related field (preferred)
  • 4-8 years related work experience in a related role (marketing analyst, measurement science, survey insights)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Experience in presenting data visually to provide a clear story
  • Experience in synthesizing disparate data sources with effective time management and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing surveys through major third party survey vendors with ability to manage external vendors
  • Experience with statistical software programs, such as SPSS and SAS, spreadsheets, proficiency with query and data mining tools for querying complex data warehouses
  • Experience with unstructured data analysis, including text analytics, secondary sources, and use of secondary survey research
  • Experience working with research / survey tools including Qualtrics, OpinionLab, SurveyMonkey, Foresee, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, organized, able to multitask and be a team player, good judgment, and decision-making skills are essential
  • Knowledge of data governance requirements for United States Government based on international standards
  • Strong data skills and a shown ability to use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and R to work efficiently at scale
  • Strong background in survey design and deriving insights from survey results
  • Understanding of how to apply statistical methods to identify drivers of business results based on customer feedback and customer journey touchpoints
  • Knowledge and understanding of requirements for Compliance With The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA)
  • Knowledge and understanding of requirements for Information Security Compliance - Data Privacy and Information Security
  • Knowledge of Hive, Spark, and other big data tools a plus
  • Experience with and understanding of cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys, focus groups, and various survey modes
Responsibilities
  • Work with the ProSidian Engagement Teams to collect and analyze survey data; report trends and connect the dots to drive improvements across the company's customer touchpoints (email, web, chat sessions, mail, etc.)
  • Assist in designing and launching externally facing surveys using tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Vision Critical, and others
  • Provide analysis of perception data reporting and recommendations
  • Write reports and presentation materials and communicates results to appropriate audiences effectively.
  • Assist ProSidian Engagement Teams and the Firm’s Clients with the process of making findings, observations, and recommendations actionable.
  • Effectively translate data into insights by proactively and effectively communicating the “so what” from the data, as well as issues and opportunities exposed by the data.
  • Continuously drive reporting improvement and efficiency by simplifying and automating where possible, eliminating redundancy across the organization, refining metrics, and building new reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in communicating research results to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other research and reporting teams on complex projects
Desired Qualifications
  • 4-8 years related work experience in a related role (marketing analyst, measurement science, survey insights)
  • A/B testing or Statistical Modeling experience is a plus
  • Hive, Spark and other big data tools knowledge is a plus
  • PRA compliance and Information Security Compliance knowledge is desirable
  • Experience with Qualtrics, OpinionLab, SurveyMonkey, Foresee, etc. is desirable
  • Knowledge of data governance requirements for U.S. Government based on international standards is desirable
