Requirements
  • 5–10 years experience in marketing leadership, business development, or growth operations
  • Experience managing marketing for aesthetic, wellness, dermatology, or healthcare practices
  • Proven ability to grow lead volume and consultation bookings
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and vendors
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven
Responsibilities
  • Track daily lead flow by marketing channel
  • Monitor lead → consult conversion performance
  • Ensure rapid follow-up and pipeline management
  • Identify and correct funnel leakage
  • Maintain a minimum 65% lead-to-consult conversion rate
  • Manage and optimize lead generation across channels including Google search (SEO and paid search), social media and digital campaigns, referral programs, community partnerships, events and open houses
  • Channel performance tracked with metrics including leads generated, consults booked, cost per consult
  • Act as the internal owner of all marketing execution by managing the marketing agency, monitoring campaign performance weekly, ensuring lead quality and pipeline performance, and aligning marketing activity with clinic capacity
  • Develop local growth channels beyond digital advertising through partnerships with gyms, medical offices, luxury retailers, local businesses; community events and brand activations; open houses and patient education events; tracking measurable leads and consults from every initiative
  • Oversee patient intake operations including managing Patient Care Coordinators and front desk intake process; monitoring lead follow-up performance; ensuring CRM accuracy; maintaining pipeline reporting integrity; improving lead conversion performance
