Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) experience in Human Resources
  • Associate Degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Data entry experience

Responsibilities
  • Promptly answer tier 1 Corporate employees' HR inquiries through a ticketed workflow
  • Assist new employees and line managers with first-line HR queries
  • Support all administration tasks such as data audits to ensure accuracy and processing information in the HR system
  • Own data entry into HRIS system such as submitting positions, creating requisitions, updating positions/requisitions per Talent Acquisition requirements, and ensuring positions are maintained in a way to ensure we have good data integrity
  • Collaborate with others to identify potential inaccuracies and provide insight into guideline changes to improve data integrity in our HRIS
  • Focus on confidentiality and maintaining personal data privacy
  • Identify areas of improvement with a focus on employee experience
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
