  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment
Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams
  • Follows HUB Service Guidelines
  • Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows
  • Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
  • Manages account reconciliation working with Accounting team
  • Maintains accuracy of electronic files
  • Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
  • Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation
  • Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities
  • Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis
  • Continues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities
