Requirements
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our enterprise team of 4-8 engineers.
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
  • Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
  • Help meet company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
