Responsibilities
  • Participate in a learning program designed around training into a potential full-time role in commercial real estate brokerage
  • Collaborate with the team and leverage the technology-enabled platform and CRM to support outreach and lead generation
  • Support agents by seeking more leads for calls, in marketing listings, and in helping complete the escrow/contract process
  • Engage in customer service oriented activities and maintain organizational and time management practices
  • Be disciplined, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Attend internal and client-facing events as appropriate to build networks and relationships

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
