Requirements
  • Demonstrate deep engagement with the venture capital ecosystem and a point of view on its direction.
  • Have fluency in fund mechanics such as capital calls, distributions, net asset value, and K-1s, or be able to learn them quickly.
  • Actively build with artificial intelligence tools and understand automation of fund operations as a product opportunity.
  • Close the gap between formal product-management scope and whatever is needed for the product to succeed.
  • Execute with a growth orientation, ship and iterate quickly, and use customer feedback as a primary input.
  • Write precisely, translate edge cases into shippable requirements, communicate with senior leaders at established firms, and perform hands-on execution.
  • Have 4+ years of product-management experience.
Responsibilities
  • Own the agentic strategy for Full Service and Scout Funds, selecting workflows to automate and shaping the general-partner experience as more of the firm is handed off to agents.

  • Grow fund formations, assets under management, and retention by building a frictionless product that attracts and retains fund managers.

  • Partner with sales, solutions, and operations to support existing managers and win new ones.
  • Drive outcomes measured by fund count, assets under management, retention, and service quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, business-to-business software as a service, or another operationally complex domain.

AngelList provides fundraising tools for startups and investors by offering a platform that includes modern cap tables, syndicates, and investor portals. Startups can raise capital and manage investor relations, while venture capitalists and angel investors participate through the platform. The product works online: startups create fundraising rounds, investors join syndicates, and cap tables and ownership are tracked within the system; fees are charged for fundraising tools and services, and the company also engages in its own investment activities. AngelList differentiates itself through its integrated suite of fundraising features, large network of startups and investors, and significant assets under management (about $15 billion), operating across the U.S., UK, Canada, and India. Its goal is to accelerate innovation by increasing the number of successful startups globally.
