Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical degree with 1-2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical assembly environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and complete assembly operations of Perfusion modules using standard manufacturing documentation and equipment.
  • Contribute to production targets without compromising safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain the production-line pace and achieve expected output levels.
  • Maintain stock in the appropriate kanban location and escalate before materials run out.
  • Recommend activities that promote continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of assembly processes and equipment under the guidance of senior assemblers, supervisors, and engineers.
  • Follow engineers' instructions and assist with implementing prototypes or process changes.
  • Support Lean, health, and safety initiatives.
  • Communicate with supervisors, team leads, and quality-control personnel to address issues.
  • Ensure work assignments meet corporate quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an orderly work area and equipment, properly dispose of packaging waste, store and use equipment and parts properly, and manage required documentation.
  • Support and assist supervisors and colleagues when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including production reports, inventory levels, and quality-control documentation.
  • Initiate a Non-Conforming Material Report when applicable.
  • Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
