Responsibilities
  • Independently ideating, conceptualizing, and executing compelling artwork and assets
  • Creating designs, compositions, key art, and other creative marketing materials
  • Developing brand style guides that translate an in-game art style into a cohesive visual brand identity for Marketing the game
  • Directing the capture of in-engine models and assets for use in marketing designs and compositions
  • Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval promptly and meeting with the project team for feedback
  • Balancing delivering quality creative work while managing projects and timelines autonomously from kickoff to completion
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide art direction and creative feedback
  • Contributing innovative ideas and concepts to improve creative workflows and products
  • Leveraging contacts to trusted freelancers or agencies for additional creative support as needed
  • Contributing to a team culture that prides itself on excellence, innovation, trust, and respect
