  • 10+ years overall experience in business analysis
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Agile Product Owner, or other product-focused role delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise applications, preferably in a financial institution
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Successful track record of developing and delivering products within deadlines and commitments in a fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems to articulate requirements describing process & data flows, functional requirements, user interactions and technical solutions with attention to detail
  • Experience working with users and UX teams to develop user journey maps, wireframes and mock-ups to drive UI/UX design discussions
  • Expertise with agile tools suites including Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and similar agile development management tools
  • Advanced Agile Product Owner certifications, SAFe certification a plus
  • Previous experience working in a multinational financial institution, Internal Audit or Risk Management experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to understand and contribute to Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Internal Audit to align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ needs, both from a business and technology perspective, and translate them into product features
  • Act as a bridge between Business and Engineering Teams, ensuring clear communication of Product requirements
  • Articulate capabilities and features for a product vision aligned to a target operating model and deliver them in iterations towards the future state following an Agile Methodology
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Product Owners, Business stakeholders and Engineering team to build and prioritize the requirements backlog
  • Own and manage the Product backlog, create and refine Epics & User stories, acceptance criteria, and drive prioritization of user stories based on business value
  • Prepare for and execute Quarterly Planning ensuring that all epics and stories are properly created, refined, ranked, pointed, and coordinated with all cross-stream dependencies for delivery
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build user-friendly product features with optimized user experience through business process flow, user journey map and UI wireframe creation
  • Work in an Agile environment, driving sprints and releases ensuring timely delivery of product features with high quality
  • Partner with Scrum masters, Engineering teams, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Adapt to change, anticipate and manage risk with data driven decision making, remove impediments and accelerate time-to-market
  • Design, implement, and track success metrics for product outcomes and management reporting
  • Get user feedback on Product features to refine the backlog with an aim to improve customer experience

Citigroup Acquires Stake in HANetf

Citigroup has acquired a minority stake in HANetf, an ETF white-label platform, while co-founders Hector McNeil and Nik Bienkowski retain control of voting shares.
