Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Learning & Development, HR, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
  • Passionate about creating learning experiences and natural coordinator: comfortable managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously and keeping projects on track.
  • Strong written communication skills — able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Proficient / Curious in G-Suite and content creation tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Curious about AI and comfortable using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar in your day-to-day work — hands-on experience is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset: at ease with tracking data, drawing insights, and reporting on program impact.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, multicultural environment — proactive rather than reactive.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • AI Training Program — Coordination & Deployment Onboard and align a network of internal contributors across teams and geographies
  • Plan and facilitate kick-offs, monthly check-ins, and retrospectives
  • Build and maintain shared resources: playbooks, prompt libraries, use-case repositories, and ready to use training modules
  • Turn team AI use cases into concrete learning content
  • Collect feedback and iterate; track adoption metrics and report to leadership
  • Learning Strategy & Program Support Support the 2026 L&D roadmap rollout across the organization
  • Help managers and VPs scope and deliver their L&D projects
  • Contribute to onboarding follow-ups, KPI tracking, and quarterly impact reports
  • Prepare presentations for ExCom and top management
  • Content Creation & LMS Administration Design and produce learning materials: videos, e-learning modules, visual guides
  • Collaborate with SMEs to keep content accurate and relevant
  • Administer and optimize our LMS (Sana): user guides, onboarding, usage tracking

Ledger completes $50M secondary equity sale, CEO rules out immediate IPO

Paris-based digital asset company Ledger has completed a $50 million secondary equity sale, according to Bloomberg. The transaction, finalised in the fourth quarter of last year, involved an early investor selling their stake. CEO Pascal Gauthier, who led the deal, stated the company has no immediate plans for an initial public offering. He declined to disclose Ledger's current valuation. The secondary sale allows existing shareholders to liquidate their positions whilst the company remains private.

Ledger appoints CFO John Andrews and opens New York office in multi-million dollar US expansion

Ledger, the digital asset security company, has appointed John Andrews as chief financial officer and opened a New York office as part of a multi-million dollar US expansion. Andrews joins from Circle, where he served as head of capital markets and investor relations, bringing over 25 years of finance experience. The New York office will serve as a strategic hub for Ledger Enterprise, the company's institutional platform, with dozens of new roles created across enterprise and marketing functions. Ledger secures over 20% of the world's cryptocurrency and more than 30% of dollar stablecoins held by retail investors. The expansion comes as demand grows from banks, asset managers and custodians seeking secure digital asset infrastructure. Ledger has sold over 8 million devices across 165 countries since its founding in 2014.

Ledger launches €100m Web3 fund
