  • A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related tactical role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes.
  • Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications.
  • Ability to understand organizational systems, structures, and their interaction with operational processes.
  • Experience designing and executing change initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships with executive leaders and influence strategic decisions without direct authority.
  • Ability to research organizational and process frameworks and adapt proven models.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improvements.
  • Skill in conducting interviews, workshops, and sessions to elicit detailed business requirements.
  • Ability to produce professional specifications, process flows, and requirements documents.
  • Ability to lead workshops and guide cross-functional teams toward consensus.

Responsibilities
  • Map current-state processes at organization-wide and team or department levels and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and operational constraints.
  • Recommend and document improved processes and create detailed process flows, user stories, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design solutions supporting new organizational structures and processes.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and validate that redesigned processes and systems work as intended.
  • Ensure processes are properly documented and trained, and support go-live activities.
  • Monitor implemented processes and recommend ongoing refinements based on performance data.
