The company grows through internal research and development plus acquisitions, expanding its portfolio with assets from Biomet, Lanx, LDR and recent deals like FlareHawk, Toro, and LineSider, while becoming the largest privately held spine business after acquiring ZimVie’s spine unit. Its goal is to broaden global access to advanced spinal solutions by combining a diverse product lineup with strategic partnerships and growth through innovation and acquisitions, focused on Complex Spine, Motion Preservation, and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
