Requirements
  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • 4+ years or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Inventory management background is a plus.
  • Experience with CAD software or engineering drawings.
  • Experience with working in an ISO or AS9100 context required.
  • Experience with working with electronic components required.
  • Good administrative and record-keeping skills required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Configuration Lead to achieve configuration and change control
  • Maintains project baselines.
  • Assist in developing processes for Bills of Material input into ERP to support manufacturing.
  • Assist with Part and BOM inputs into ERP to reflect manufacturing updates.
  • Ensure proper BOM cross reference to applicable documents.
  • Conduct Physical and Functional Configuration Audits.
  • Reviews and prepares all change requests, while following standard operating procedures.
  • Develops CM plans; identifies and tracks interdependencies between individual configurations.
  • Ensures all CM and engineering data is accurate; develops CM libraries to track source code, change requests, and other technical documentation.
  • Support the Engineering team in various documentation needs.
  • Define requirements for Change Management and Configuration Status Accounting.
  • Ability to modify CAD models is a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
