Requirements

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to move projects forward.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in clear, visual, and actionable ways.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units and department leaders to provide financial support during strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles.
  • Create financial reports to assess performance against plans, explore resource allocation scenarios, and support decision-making to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advisor for department leaders, contributing to both financial planning and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain financial models that align with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Manage detailed financial forecasts, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and variances.
  • Work closely with our Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting during each close.
  • Maintain and enhance budgeting and reporting systems while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
