Requirements
  • Enrolled in a graduate program in a quantitative field like Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related program
  • Existing familiarity with Google Suite (word, excel, and powerpoint) required
  • Passion for data and exposure to Python and SQL required, with the ability to speak to your ability to make decisions using data
  • A people person who loves collaborative problem-solving, learning, and contributing, and is motivated by a constantly evolving business landscape
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking skills, and interpersonal savvy
  • Crisp communication skills, including verbal, written, and in presentations of data
  • You are available 40 hours per week for an eight week summer internship 6/13/23 through 8/4/23, with no more than one week of time away during the internship
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with senior members of the Data Solutions team to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines
  • Build scalable scheduled jobs to extract, load, and transform data into our Data Warehouse using Python, Airflow, and Postman
  • Create and optimize SQL transformations
  • Participate in code reviews and perform deployments using Github
  • Create content and Entity Relationship Diagrams for new/existing processes
  • Work within an agile development environment participating in rituals and daily standups
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table on automation and improvements
