Requirements
  • A current law student at an accredited law school
  • Interested in finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and in-house legal practice
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented and have strong writing, drafting, research and communication skills
  • Guided by strong moral and ethical principles
  • Extremely well organized and have exceptional time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist with projects that include contract review and management
  • Legal technology implementation
  • Compliance policy and process development
  • Assisting with the drafting of documents
  • General document reviews and summaries
  • Conducting legal research and compiling information
  • Drafting legal memoranda
  • Assisting with data management with legal intake applications
