ES Oracle Cloud Lead

Job Description: • 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions. Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications. • Proficient in HCM modules in techno-functional capacity, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, ORC, etc. • Expertise in technical tools — developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Data Loads. • Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud solution to customer and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery. • Functional expertise to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions. • Be the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure that customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial solutions cost effectiveness, quality and reusability. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists. • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
