Hazel unifies retail and online data into one view. It collects data from both in-person stores and online channels, then merges and normalizes it so users can analyze all their sales and customer activity in a single place. The product works by ingesting data from multiple sources, aligning formats, and providing a centralized dashboard and analytics tools to explore sales, inventory, and customer behavior. Hazel differentiates itself by focusing on cross-channel data integration that keeps retail and online data in sync, reducing the need to switch between different systems. It emphasizes a straightforward, consolidated data model and a single interface for both offline and online metrics, rather than offering a collection of separate tools. The goal of Hazel is to give retailers a complete, accurate picture of their business across all channels, enabling faster, data-driven decisions and better coordination between stores and online commerce.
