Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in medical device or other healthcare sales, with a proven, demonstrable track record of success
- Experience and success in the VBC, MA insurance payor, and IDN/health systems market segment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to identify and organize a coalition within the customer organization
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with ultrasound technology and the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel 50% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in AI or healthcare technology sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience in the healthcare payor market segment
Responsibilities
- Manage the Value Based Care and provider market segment to achieve revenue growth and market penetration goals
- Pursue opportunities in the IDN / health systems market if and where the Sales Director's professional relationships warrant engagement
- Execute the sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Value Based Care organizations, providers, Medicare insurance payors, as well as hospitals and healthcare systems
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including emerging trends, regulations, and reimbursement models
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success
- Provide regular updates and reports to the VP of Sales on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity
