- Experience with front end JavaScript frameworks – JQuery, AngularJS, Ember
- Comfortable working with third party APIs – Facebook Open Graph, OAuth, Twitter, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop & Illustrator
- Some experience with iOS/Android development a plus
- The ideal candidates have 3+ years experience in software development and design
- Excellent understanding of UX development for mobile and web, technology trends, and demonstrable design skills
- A passion for great UX design and how it impacts user experience
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Excellent systems analysis skills
- Ability to follow design documents and critique when required
- Must have clear verbal and written communication skills and style
- Enthusiasm for usability and delivering a great user experience
