Requirements
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in user experience/user interface design for web and mobile applications.
  • Have strong knowledge of user experience design principles, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Have experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Have experience as a user experience designer and demonstrate previous work in a portfolio of projects showing contributions to engaging user experiences.
  • Understand the user experience design process from research, concept, design, prototyping, user validation, and implementation.
  • Be familiar with user research methodologies and be able to conduct usability testing.
  • Have thorough knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and low- and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Have strong user interface design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Have experience working closely with development teams and stakeholders to implement designs.
  • Have knowledge of design systems and experience building or maintaining one.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve usability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
  • Take ownership of features from discovery to delivery, ensuring a holistic user experience.
  • Assist in refining the user experience architecture of the product, including mind mapping and journey mapping.
