- Maintain the property's exterior daily to provide acceptable curb appeal.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required and snow removal during winter months when needed.
- Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas when applicable.
- Service residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
- Plumbing, contracting, and builder certifications and licenses are a plus.
