Requirements
  • Engineering Degree and registration, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia and/or Province of Ontario is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance or a related field, such as asset management business process transformation.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices for asset lifecycle management and enterprise asset management (EAM) principles.
  • Experience with EAM systems, asset data management, and their role in informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and adaptability in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to provide technical assurance, produce high-quality written deliverables, and present compelling outcomes to clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems and ISO 55000 requirements.
  • Experience developing and implementing reliability strategies and RAMS methodologies is an asset.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Current BC and/or Ontario driver’s license is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of an ISO 55000-compliant Asset Management System, including gap analyses, readiness assessments, and certification processes.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and documentation required for ISO 55000 certification.
  • Manage the certification process, including liaison with external auditors and certification bodies.
  • Monitor asset performance, lifecycle costs, and risk, promoting continuous improvement and value optimization.
  • Deliver on strategic asset management program transformation projects for external and internal clients.
  • Lead or contribute to project delivery, including discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
  • Support practice and business development activities, participate in bid development and drafting.
  • Support the development and implementation of requirements for asset management support tools (CMMS, EAMS, etc).
  • Deliver measurable outcomes by maximizing the value of stakeholder networks within and outside AtkinsRéalis.
  • Foster a greater understanding of asset lifecycle requirements and activities required to address asset management objectives in client organizations.
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to optimize asset lifecycle costs and performance.
  • Oversee RAMS system planning and execution to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable operations.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, FMEA, and FRACAS to resolve complex engineering issues and recommend improvements.
  • Lead incident investigations and coordinate with third-party specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related challenges.
  • Prepare technical specifications, manage external contractors, and support contract administration.
  • Compile system data and reports to meet regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.

AtkinsRéalis Group, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $2.9 billion, up 13% year-over-year, with full-year revenue reaching $11.0 billion, up 14%. AtkinsRéalis Services revenue increased 17% in Q4 and 16% for the full year. The company achieved diluted earnings per share from Professional Services & Project Management of $2.14 for 2025, up 80%, whilst adjusted diluted EPS reached $3.36, up 88%. Full-year operating cash flow totalled $461 million, and backlog reached a record $21.2 billion as at 31 December 2025. For 2026, AtkinsRéalis expects Engineering Services Regions organic revenue growth of 5-7% and Nuclear revenue of approximately $2.5 billion. Operating cash flow is projected at roughly $500 million.

Ferrovial Buys 5.06% 407 ETR Stake

Ferrovial is set to increase its stake in 407 ETR to 48.29% by acquiring up to 5.06% from AtkinsRéalis for [CAD]2.09 billion.
