- Support the build out of our Natural gas Options desk, developing strategic and analytical frameworks and optimising trading systems
- Take day-to-day ownership of the Natural Gas Options trading book, managing all relevant market-making activities traded on CME
- Defining strategic desk goals and ensuring alignment within the team. Supporting development of junior traders through teaching, constant feedback and embodying our core values.
- Proactive management of desk risks, maintaining rigorous risk management practices and contributing to improvements in firmwide risk frameworks.
- Drive improvements to new and existing trading strategies through continuous cycles of analysis and prototyping, working in collaboration with our technologists and researchers.
- To comply with all applicable Compliance policies, procedures, laws and regulations
