  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally at a fast-growing virtual care company or B2B2C startup
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with an ability to extract user insights and position effectively

Responsibilities
  • Be the expert on our market, buyers and user personas, and our competition to inform B2B product positioning and marketing strategy
  • Develop, operationalize, and enable internal teams on product positioning and messaging for new offerings and product features
  • Deeply understand our B2B customers and act as the voice of the customer for internal product stakeholders
  • Work closely with Partnerships to develop and refine pitches/marketing collateral and serve as a subject matter expert in key internal and external meetings
  • Create compelling content in partnership with cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns, sales, and industry events that differentiates Pomelo in the market including case studies, blogs, presentations, and data-driven stories
  • Align closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap prioritization by identifying partner and market needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams to explore the feasibility of new ideas or research how to enhance and further differentiate existing offerings
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams at industry events and conferences
