Requirements
  • Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex, data-driven or analytics-focused initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements where customer needs are incomplete or evolving.
  • Experience supporting agile development efforts.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders.
  • Team player.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years equivalent experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement with NAVSUP stakeholders, including leadership and operational users, to elicit, analyze, and validate dashboard requirements
  • Identify and document dashboard user audiences, decision-makers, and stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions to define decision areas, KPIs, metrics, and supporting data needs
  • Translate conceptual or high-level customer ideas into clearly defined, testable requirements and user stories
  • Aid in assessment of source data for data mapping and dashboard development
  • Support an agile dashboard development effort through backlog development, refinement, and prioritization
  • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements artifacts in alignment with agile best practices
  • Support prototyping and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine requirements and dashboard functionality
  • Identify and document additional requirements for potential future dashboard iterations and enhancements
  • Collaborate with technical, data, and dashboard developers to create notional dashboard visuals, workflows, and conceptual architecture
  • Ensure KPIs and metrics are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned to NAVSUP readiness, performance, sustainment, and financial decision needs
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to support dashboard development
  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation in accordance with applicable DOW and NAVSUP standards and guidelines
  • Identify and document functional gaps, process gaps, assumptions, constraints, and risks related to dashboard development and data availability
  • Evaluate proposed changes using analytical, data-driven decision-making to support prioritization and scope management
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding requirements status, emerging scope, risks, and impacts to schedule or deliverables
  • Advise NAVSUP personnel on opportunities to improve analytics, visibility, and decision support through dashboard capabilities
  • Keep Nakupuna Solutions leadership abreast of project execution, requirements exceeding defined scope of work, and risks to timelines or deliverable
