Our practice offers a comprehensive range of mental health services, including psychiatric services, individual and family therapy, and functional psychiatry, allowing us to provide personalized and collaborative care based on each client’s unique needs.

We are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and integrative care to our communities and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Associate Therapist to join our growing team, with a focus on providing meaningful psychotherapy services while working alongside a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team.

 What You’ll Do:  

• You will typically be assigned 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week.
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.  
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.  
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.  
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.  

What You’ll Need:  

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.  
• ACSW, AMFT, APCC
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.  
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
• A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.  
• No history of receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services
• No immediate family member currently receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services

Rates:

Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour

Work Set-up: Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
