  • Communication skills will weigh more heavily than technical skills
  • 7+ years of experience managing implementations of IT technologies including NetSuite, Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management and Procurement tools
  • 4+ years of experience leading application delivery teams in high-growth environments
  • Experience coordinating with enterprise system architects to build a scalable ecosystem
  • A strong record of planning and executing complex IT projects on time and on budget, and in a transparent and collaborative fashion with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Thrive in an agile team environment
Responsibilities
  • Prioritization, Scalability, and Velocity - the three primary tenets of this role
  • Stakeholder management - collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the desired business outcome while providing technical and solution expertise
  • Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with management to address them
  • Pushback on stakeholders if requirements become moving targets
  • Balance the natural inclination to GSD that is inherent in IT to step back and learn the business of your stakeholders
  • Deliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprint
  • Own delivery of Business Systems ecosystem roadmap
  • Manage workload demands against current and planned resource capacity
  • Develop proactive resolution plans to address resource gaps
  • Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes
  • Translate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iteratively
  • Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track
