Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with trading technologies and execution platforms, including Fidessa, EMSX, LiquidityBook, Enfusion, Flextrade, or EZ.
  • Understanding of the Financial Information eXchange protocol for order entry and drop copy functionalities.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle, including order capture and executions, allocation workflows, settlements, pre-trade compliance, and broker connectivity.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, and asset classes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and non-SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in C# with more than 3 years of working experience and good knowledge of its ecosystem.
  • Working experience with scalable distributed systems.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement features for the Order and Execution Management System to support trading operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and adhere to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and ElasticStack.
  • Experience with messaging middleware.
  • Experience with caching frameworks.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
