Job Title: Night Manager / Manager in Charge

This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time poistition.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the facility, maintain high standards of service, and manage staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate night shift operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Address and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols throughout the facility.

- Prepare and review reports on night operations, including staffing, incidents, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
