Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster including breakfast and dinner shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages.
  • Provide recommendations on beer and wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service to create a memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
