JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant will be responsible to act as a First Responder and provide First Aid to youth participating in sport specific camps held at Penn State University throughout the year. Duties include treating minor injuries, referring injuries to Health tech for further care, and if needed providing care in the housing facilities for overnight campers. Other duties may be assigned based upon the camp and coverage need.

Applicant must be a certified in CPR, First Aid, and Epi Pen Usage and be 18 years old.In addition, applicant must pass Annual Compliance, and Mandated Reporter trainings, as well as pass Pennsylvania mandated publicly available clearances.

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
