Requirements
  • Graduate, currently or pending, from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program.
  • Hold an active or pending state occupational therapist or physical therapist license.
  • Have an interest in treating patients with wrist and hand dysfunction.
Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient occupational or physical therapy services for upper-extremity diagnoses, including post-surgical hand and wrist cases and orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
  • Treat patients and support their recovery and functional improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate and manageable patient caseloads.
  • Participate in individualized professional development, mentorship, onboarding, and advanced training as applicable.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Hand Therapist certification or active pursuit of Certified Hand Therapist certification.
  • Experience or interest in refining manual therapy techniques and learning new treatment protocols.
