Requirements
  • Must have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and understand end-to-end recruitment process

  • Ability to present a relevant candidate slate (shortlist) with recommendations to Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers
  • Experience coordinating interview logistics to support the hiring process
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and using systems to produce dashboards
  • Ability to assist with offer letters and candidate information for offers
  • Experience ensuring wing-to-wing recruitment process is applied across all activities
  • Experience acting as key account manager with designated businesses
  • Ability to provide bespoke reporting and metrics for internal clients
  • Experience partnering with business on immediate and long term business planning ensuring recruitment has a seat at the table
  • Experience participating in Talent mapping projects
  • Knowledge of HR policies/procedures and practices and ensuring general compliance
  • Experience assisting in University / Campus Recruitment during periods of peak demand
  • Experience managing the Background Check process leveraging staffing specialists or vendors
  • Experience producing offer letters leveraging staffing specialists or vendors
Responsibilities
  • Advising Hiring Managers and HR on steps of the recruitment and selection process
  • Leading job briefing/recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers
  • Reviewing and approving job descriptions
  • Sourcing internal and external candidates according to relevant job criteria, mining databases, networking, internet recruitment activities, cold calling, media and employee referrals
  • Pre-screening resumes and utilizing recruitment tools and systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting thorough phone-screening of candidates to obtain relevant job related information including but not limited to work history, skills, abilities, education and motivation
  • Presenting a relevant candidate slate (shortlist) with recommendations to Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers
  • Interviewing candidates by phone and face-to-face
  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies, meeting service goals and providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating interview logistics via the interview logistic team where applicable
  • Ensure utilization of HireSystems that enables accurate and timely metrics production for recruitment dashboards
  • Support and advise HR Managers and Hiring Managers with candidate information for offer letters
  • Ensure the wing to wing process is applied across all recruitment activities
  • Act as key account manager with a designated businesses
