Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related engineering or material science field
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing practices, equipment design, and operation
  • Familiarity with machining processes, metrology, and material analysis
  • Microsoft Suite/Pivot Tables/Data analysis/Adobe
  • Must be US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident to be considered for employment
  • This position may require domestic and international travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
  • Secure new business opportunities through technical customer engagement and solution offering.
  • Work closely with customer product design teams (engineers, buyers, product managers, etc.) to gather technical data, applicable program information, and business case, to determine effective solution or potential solutions.
  • Manage and oversee quick service/prototyping/NPI quoting activities.
  • Develop relationships at all customer levels to position CoorsTek for early design wins and product adoption.
  • Influence designers, senior managers, and internal personnel to ensure project success.
  • Continual and consistent customer and internal engagement to ensure solutions are delivered within committed timelines.
  • Vet potential opportunities, future market significance, and alignment with global trends.
  • Identify, develop, and promote CoorsTek technical capabilities and value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain wide breadth of knowledge surrounding CoorsTek and industry technology/solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with customer and strategic technologists to identify materials and technology road maps for existing, emerging, and future applications.
  • Manage and monitor new opportunities in early production stages to ensure project success.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver proposals.
  • Engage in unexpected or urgent production challenges.
  • Technical resource for the customer and account team.
  • Present company overview and technical product presentations internally and externally.
  • May office and/or has regular presence at customer site.
  • Travel to CoorsTek sites located in US, Asia, and Europe for product trainings, team meetings, customer visits, and as required.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to build relationships and secure projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, or Pro E a plus
