Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to secure and manage client engagements within the Fortune 500 landscape.
  • Deep understanding of consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, and experimental design, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at major corporations.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new client engagements with major corporations that align BlueLabs' capabilities with client strategic needs within the first 12 months of hire.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans with oversight from department leadership to achieve revenue management metrics within their portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of analytics.
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and deliver measurable impact.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring project success and contributing to BlueLabs' market positioning.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on BlueLabs' offerings and technical capabilities, ensuring clarity and understanding within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate on and serve as the final reviewer for all proposals, pitch decks, deliverables, etc., for both prospective and existing clients within their portfolio.
  • Provide a weekly report on the status of new prospects and existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements, leveraging internal technical knowledge to provide excellent project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and dissemination of thought leadership content, showcasing BlueLabs' expertise.
  • Partner with the Leadership team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives within your portfolio, assessing market trends and identifying opportunities.
