Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate materials and develop machinery and processes to manufacture materials for use in products that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. Understand and monitor tool health in assigned area. Perform daily tool qualifications, health checks, and monitoring critical production trends. NPI Recipe setup for new devices and engineering recipe creation, troubleshooting measurement issue. Write, test, update, and implement accurate and precise SOP (Standard Operation Procedure). Troubleshoot daily customers’(UP/PIE) issues and provide reports with detail analysis. Recipe setup for new devices using the Metrology Guide and auditing to ensure matching to process flow. Engineering Recipe Setup and troubleshooting measurement issues. Troubleshoot automation, data collection, and lot track-out issues. TTTM activity (Tool-To-Tool Matching) and execution of experiments for new metrology recipes by running Gauge R& R Study or MSA (Measurement System Analysis). Work with multiple Metrology Engineers (Operations and Applications) on multiple projects. Analyze SPC failures and Abnormal Lots (ALPS) Release. Data collection and interpretation of data. Work on advanced assignments with minimal to no supervision. Provide guidance to non-exempt and exempt personnel. Recipe creation for different Concentration tool sets. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Master’s degree in Engineering Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
1. Petrochemical benchmarking worldwide (PE/PP/MTBE);
2. Cost reduction/process optimization;
3. Trend monitoring and Dashboard creation, using python, spotfire;
4. Statistical modeling/dimensionality reduction for catching trends in (in-line) data flow;
5. Project management using agile methodology; and
6. Using machine learning deep learning, neural networks, classification, and supervised training for recognition trend and early containment.
