- 3+ years of hands-on visual inspection experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience working with various inspection tools and methods
- Experience with Cables & Harnesses, JSTD - 001, IPC-610, IPC-620, and PCBA is a plus
- Be able to read and interpret standard manufacturing drawings based on industry and commodity standards
- US Citizenship is also a requirement, and background checks are required
- Conducting incoming inspection of circuit card assemblies (CCA) inspections
- Inspections of CCA, PCBA, and paperwork verification
- Ability to detect defects on highly complex products
- Verify documentation packages to industry/commodity-specific standards
- Classify defect types and verify rework conducted during the time of the inspection
