Job Title: Product Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly products. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and aesthetics of ZZAZZ's products, ensuring they align with our brand values and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for new and existing products, from concept to delivery.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and goals.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• Translate complex ideas into elegant and functional design solutions.

• Advocate for the user and maintain a user-centered design approach throughout the product lifecycle.

• Ensure design consistency by adhering to and contributing to the design system.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
