  • Previous claims officer experience – Commercial Property Claims experience is highly advantageous
  • An insurance background where you have provided a world class customer service experience and have shown passion to grow and develop into a property insurance professional
  • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands
  • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional

Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date with insurance guidelines and policy changes, ensuring compliance.
  • Resolve non-compliant issues and escalate when necessary to maintain standards.
  • Build strong client relationships, responding to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Process property claims, determine coverage, and ensure accurate settlements.
  • Set reserves, authorise payments, and efficiently manage claim resolutions.
  • Identify and report suspicious claims, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
