  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ideally you will have experience with eCommerce in the Automotive industry
  • Ability to write short and long form copy, as well as scripting for conversational user interfaces
  • Experience creating copy options for research and interpreting results
  • Adaptable tone for different clients and customers, and ability to work independently or seek help when needed
  • Working knowledge of design process and general UX principles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present to all levels within an organization
  • Confidence to challenge peers and stakeholders, and champion improvements
  • Passion for a broad range of copy disciplines and experience in e-commerce, B2B or B2C is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Native-level English proficiency in speaking and writing.
Responsibilities
  • Shape the product experience through tone of voice and language.
  • Create consistent messaging across user journeys including: in-product messaging, navigational language, promos, error messages, landing pages, product features, plus editorial SEO content
  • Partner with UX and UI early in the design process to guide content approach and craft intuitive, accessible UX copy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure copy meets legal, compliance, and business requirements while remaining fresh and compelling.
  • Analyse existing content for consistency, efficiency, and customer value.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of content guidelines, standards, and workflows.
  • Interact with clients to share insights and recommendations, and to help embed copy guidelines and best practices.
