Requirements
- Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA in the state(s) of practice
- Current BLS certification and TB test
- Valid Driver's License
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients in their home in a one-on-one setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor patient health and report changes to supervisor
- Follow care plans and instructions from nurses or physicians
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment for patients
- Document care provided and any changes in patient condition
