  • 1+ years previous experience in office administration or support

Responsibilities
  • Greet PitchBook guests and notify employees of guests arrival
  • Receive and notify recipients of incoming deliveries, mail, and packages
  • Coordinate with the People Team on new hire desk set-up and swag delivery
  • Conduct an office tour as part the New Employee Orientation (NEO)
  • Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and reception desk
  • Provide support for internal events (includes moving furniture and event set up/break down)
  • Support teams with various administrative tasks and be the “go-to” resource for employees and visitors to the PitchBook office
  • Respond to tickets in our Fresh Service system along with entering tickets in our Building Engine System
  • Maintain inventory and submit orders for office supplies in coordination with Facilities & the Operations Manager
  • Assist the Facilities team with special projects and other adhoc needs
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
